1. Who We Are

gmtb.download is a free, browser-based video download tool. We are not affiliated with GayMaleTube, its operators, or any parent company. For privacy-related enquiries, contact us at mail@gmtb.download.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect as little data as possible. When you use the downloader, the following may be processed:

  • URLs you submit — the video link you paste is sent to our server solely to resolve and fetch the available download sources. It is not stored after your request completes.
  • Standard server logs — your IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and timestamp may be recorded in routine web-server access logs. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.
  • No account data — we do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal credentials. There is no registration system.

3. Cookies and Tracking

gmtb.download does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not fingerprint your browser or device. No data about your usage is sold or shared with advertisers.

Your browser may store session data (such as the URL you typed) in its own local memory as part of normal browser behaviour. This is outside our control and can be cleared from your browser settings at any time.

4. How We Use Your Data

The data described above is used only for these purposes:

  • Resolving the video URL you submitted and returning download options to you.
  • Diagnosing errors, preventing abuse, and maintaining service stability.
  • Complying with legal obligations, including responding to valid DMCA notices or court orders.

We do not use your data for profiling, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the service.

5. Third-Party Services

gmtb.download uses Google Fonts (loaded via Google's CDN) to render typography. When your browser fetches these fonts, Google's servers may log your IP address in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party scripts, trackers, or CDN assets are loaded.

6. Data Retention

Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then purged. Submitted video URLs are not stored beyond the duration of your request. We hold no database of user activity.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because we retain minimal data and no account information, most requests can be satisfied by confirming that we hold nothing identifiable beyond server logs (which roll over within 30 days automatically).

8. Children

gmtb.download is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect any data from persons under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has used this service, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
